Strengthening Business Connections Through Golf
Following the first edition of the exchange program, ETED held its second China–Japan Entrepreneurs Exchange in Miyazaki, a region known for its golf courses and natural scenery.
On July 26, participants visited Miyazaki Country Club, a venue associated with Japan's Ladies Professional Golf Association (JLPGA) Tour.
The golf activities provided an opportunity for participants to strengthen friendships, communicate openly, and experience Japan's golfing environment.
On July 27, a friendly golf exchange competition was held at Phoenix Country Club.
Through sportsmanship and friendly competition, participants had opportunities to exchange perspectives on business, international cooperation, and cultural understanding.
The event demonstrated how golf can serve as a valuable platform for building personal connections and encouraging future cooperation between business communities.
Supporting Junior Golf Education and Future Athletes
Youth sports education was another important focus of the exchange program.
On July 26, participants visited Phoenix Golf Academy to learn about its training facilities, coaching environment, and junior golf development initiatives.
The visit also provided opportunities to understand international junior golf development, including programs related to the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA).
On July 27, the exchange program included activities centered on a proposed donation signing ceremony supporting the Asian Junior Golf Academy.
The initiative reflected ETED's interest in connecting international business exchanges with youth sports education and community contribution.
By encouraging greater attention to junior golf development, ETED aims to support opportunities for young athletes and promote long-term cooperation in sports education.
Encouraging Regional Economic and Tourism Exchange
Beyond golf, the event introduced participants to the economic and cultural attractions of Japan's regional communities.
On July 28, the delegation visited Hyuga City in Miyazaki Prefecture as part of a program focused on local government exchange and regional development.
Topics included urban development, industrial policies, investment opportunities, and potential cooperation between Chinese businesses and Japanese local communities.
The program also featured a visit to Takachiho Gorge, one of Miyazaki's notable natural attractions.
Participants subsequently traveled to the Aso region of Kumamoto Prefecture to experience traditional Japanese hot spring culture.
