Integrating Sports and Tourism to Promote International Cultural Exchange
ETED is actively exploring new models for promoting international exchange through sports activities.
In addition to golf activities, ETED also promotes the integration of intellectual sports and sports tourism through the organization of international guandan competitions and related exchange activities, building a platform for exchange for participants from different countries and regions.
The guandan sport emphasizes teamwork and strategic thinking, while golf emphasizes etiquette, focus, and friendly competition. These two different forms of sports activities together create more possibilities for international exchange.
This Fukuoka Golf Exchange Event integrates sports, specialty cuisine, nature tourism, and cultural experiences organically, not only providing participants with opportunities for mutual understanding and friendship but also showcasing the unique charm of Fukuoka, Japan as an international sports tourism destination.
In the future, ETED will continue to use sports activities like guandan and golf as bridges to actively promote tourism cooperation, cultural exchange, and grassroots friendship between Japan and Asia and other parts of the world, contributing to international sports culture exchange and local tourism development.
